Jessica Li is the founder of LiNova, a financial and business consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and growing companies achieve financial clarity and strategic growth.

With a global perspective shaped by her international education and business experience, Jessica brings a unique blend of analytical insight and real- world leadership to every client partnership. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Trade from a university in Russia before moving to Huntsville to pursue her Master’s in Accountancy at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Before founding LiNova, Jessica built a diverse career spanning finance, accounting and business operations. She worked for a CPA firm, where she developed expertise in financial reporting, tax strategy, and advisory services. She is also the majority owner of a general contracting company that provides services to the automotive manufacturing industry, managing complex operations and working alongside two business partners. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of how strong financial systems and strategic decision-making drive sustainable business success.

LiNova began with a simple act of helping a friend start his own business — a moment that inspired Jessica to create a company focused on empowering others to do the same. Today, LiNova partners with small business owners and entrepreneurs to bring structure, clarity, and growth strategies to their financial journey.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica finds joy in creative and active pursuits. She has played piano since childhood and continues to practice regularly, drawing inspiration from music’s discipline and artistry. She also enjoys tennis, swimming, and weight lifting to maintain a balanced lifestyle that mirrors the focus and determination she brings to her business endeavors.
